We only collect information you actively choose to share with us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the website securely.
Information you give us
When you email us at hello@reviveandrewritecic.co.uk (or use any of the email links on this site), we receive your email address, the name attached to your email account, and the content of your message. We may also receive any information you choose to share by phone or WhatsApp.
If you make a referral to The Revive Wardrobe Project on behalf of a third party, we may receive limited information about that individual. You must have the legal basis to share that information with us before doing so.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this site, our hosting provider records standard technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your visit) for security, fraud prevention, and operational purposes. This data is not used to identify you personally.
3. Why we collect it and our legal basis
We process your personal information for the following reasons:

- To deliver our services to you (for example, arranging a Revive Wardrobe appointment). Legal basis: performance of a contract or service request.
- To run and protect the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with the following categories of recipient, where strictly necessary:
- Our website host (Vercel Inc.), which processes server logs for security and operational purposes.
- Our email provider, which transmits and stores email correspondence on our behalf.
- Professional advisors (such as legal or accounting professionals) where reasonably required.
- Public authorities, where we are required to do so by law.
All processors we use are bound by appropriate data protection terms and, where data is transferred outside the UK, by International Data Transfer Agreements or UK Addenda to the Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out above, or for as long as we are required to by law. In practice:
- Email correspondence: kept for up to 3 years after the last interaction, unless retention is needed for safeguarding, accounting, or legal reasons.
- Service records (e.g. wardrobe appointment notes): kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our safeguarding and accountability obligations.
- Website server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a short period in line with their standard policy.
6. Where your information is stored
Personal information is stored on systems within the UK, EEA, and (where our hosting and email providers operate internationally) the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK Government adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards as required by UK GDPR.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security, but we take our responsibility seriously and only work with reputable processors.
