Founder
Lisa Waters
A social entrepreneur and the founder of Revive & Rewrite CIC. Her background spans the financial sector, training in psychology, and a postgraduate diploma in Strategic Management and Planning. Born and raised in Stockton-on-Tees, the work is rooted where she is.

Murayka Penny
Murayka built a senior career at the heart of corporate investment finance before leaving the industry to launch Daleside Animals CIC, the Harrogate-based non-profit she now runs. She brings the rigour of the financial sector and the perspective of someone who has built a CIC from the ground up.

With an extensive legal background, Annie brings legal precision and the day-to-day perspective of someone who works alongside the people most systems were never built for.
